Richard has over 9 years’ experience providing advice and assistance in relation to Company Law obligations, imposed on both companies and their officers, Corporate Secretarial Practice & Support Services and Corporate Governance advice to business owners across a wide range of clients and business and industry sectors.

He has a wide range of experience in dealing with clients across a range of domestic and international jurisdictions, including European and non-European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with the relevant Company legislation of that jurisdiction, and also dealing with a comprehensive scope of issues, such as Directors/Secretary changes, shareholder changes, corporate constitution changes, corporate re-structuring issues, and company dissolution to name a few.
